PCF Church is a thriving AoG Pentecostal church based in Poynton (Cheshire) seeking a new person to lead our children’s 0 to 10 ministry and teams.

We have great links with the local community, local churches and have a successful youth group, and are now looking for someone who has the skills and passion to build on these relationships and lead the children and families work at the church.

Working with the Senior Pastor and Ministry Team, we would create a role to maximise your skill sets while you provide direction to a team of talented volunteers and parents and create a strategy to take our children’s ministry to new heights.

  • Leadership and responsibility for all child-related activities, including:
Holiday clubs and parties, schools, community outreach, Sunday groups etc.

  • Take responsibility for the continuing development and implementation of children strategy.

  • Oversee and facilitate pastoral care and discipleship for families.

  • Network with schools, Town Council, and with other churches and organisations.

  • Facilitate Child Protection and Safeguarding policies.
